His Phoenix-like rise from an almost finished career is a tremendous lesson in courage, perseverance and of course, adaptation to change. His persona, demeanor and the unmistakable baritone have captivated people across generations and societal strata. He is and will remain an Icon for anybody aspiring to be somebody in life. Nice that you have shared his story!

We have extremly high regards for Mr. Bacchan and his towering personality. However the success he enjoyes today is due to the fact that there is no one to influance his actions/decisions. he does not depend on anybody to make changes so that he remains ahead in business. Every one is aware the the hands are chopped by Regulator/govt once the advisor tries to settle down in new scenerio.like 1) When SEBI stopped upfront commission distributor settled hemself with new system and walked ahead. 2) Now when we are about to settle, Govt has introduced new tax structure in Debt schemes so again we are back to square one In short what I want to mention is that we can not keep on reinventing when whole of our job depends on others like Regulator/AMC/Govt and of course client. One gets tired of balancing all the factors and give it up. So what ever said is ok to teach in class but very hard to follow

Its a survival of the fittest. And we will make ourself fit by adopting changes in regulatory sphere, enhancing knowledge , adopting technology in a big way etc etc..

Great input and also indicates that nobody in this world can continue to sit on past laurels and also how one has to change his approach to any business whether it be media or our profession of advising...
