What I liked about this enthusiastic team of four is the initiative and conviction they have about their business. We should not go about nit pricking in the face of such overwhelming and bountiful enthusiasm. Each of us advisors, irrespective of our age, has a mission on our hands. If you ask me , IT IS SELLING EQUITY MUTUAL FUNDS. It need not be indiscriminate selling. But you require strong conviction levels, lot of information and knowledge and the wherewithal to handle objections too, with the aid of psychological tools. From that point of view, it is full marks to them!

Advisors should read article/s carefully. Apply it to their own experiences and THEN Comment. PLEASE I BEG all advisors NOT to pass hasty comments like Great Article, Good Job etc. You sell a businessman a promise of 30% returns, fine. That 30% does not materialise for 2-3-5 years and that businessman will not only kick you but will badly publicise Mutual Funds ! Do not promise/even speak of such very high returns, this will always backfire. A 12% return is enough.
