Tongue firmly in cheek, the company i work fors fastest growing and referred segment is women, considering this country is increasingly getting run by women and maybe for the better :-), its a pity that businesses with men around are being left out of this wonderful initiative. Maybe businesses like ours which have a couple of lady advisers will get a chance to be referred around as well:-). Like they say if you dont ask, you dont get!
Dear Nandita, High profile or low profile, if the objective is for women to help each other, then dont you think thats all that matters? The so called "high profile" do it via mass channels, others do it one on one. If the end result is improved financial knowledge and literacy its a win-win situation for all concerned.
