A comparison with HDFC Balanced Fund would have added value.

congratulation sir jee. like me many people inspired from you . thanks
Good Fund & Congratulate to Prashant & his support team.
I would like to congratulate Mr Prashant Jain for the funds performance. I would also like to add here that the AMCs collectively should create some mutual fund awareness whereby the investors become mutual funds savvy. I strongly feel that we as a country should start moving from savings prone to investment prone country. Till that happens, I believe that the industry will not see its true potential.
Congratulations to Mr Prashant Jain and his team.
Very good article. My question is how many investor are in this fund since inception? I think investment return is high but investor return is low. The gap between investor return and investor return is behavior gap.
Congrats.
Congratulations to Prashant Jain and the entire team of HDFC MF. Long term always pays and this has been proved by Prudence Fund. Once again Congratulations
Originally, when launched in Feb 94, Prudence had only one option out of which dividends were declared. Subsequently in Feb 99, the scheme was split into dividend and growth option. As per applicable guidelines, all dividends declared prior to the splitting are assumed to be reinvested in the units of the Scheme at the the prevailing NAV (ex-dividend NAV) to arrive at the adjusted NAV. Hence, the difference. Hope this clarifies.
Article is good & inspire about long term wealth creation from balance fund category. But i did not understand how NAV of HDFc Prudence is 352 as on 31 MAR 2014. But actual NAV of 1 APR 2014 is 265.72. Also since launch FEB 1994 , HDFC prudence have Growth option. NAV of HDFC Prudence Growth as 5 APR 1994 is 10.18
Congratulations to HDFC and Prashant Jain. Unfortunately we have miserably failed to take this message (Solid Wealth Creation-long term) to the retail investor/masses. I have not wasted a single opportunity on this forum to hammer the above point. Am happy however that slowly some of the IFAs have realised my point (or vice versa !) and urging AMCs to mend their ways of marketing and paying commission.
Hdfc pru is a good fund who seek good return over a long term its my personal experience fund house also good
Good Fund with Good AMC. As well as nice presentation.
