Good lot of employment opportunities are there. QUALIFIED OR GRADUATES OR PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED persons have some knowledge in their line but they lack of application of the knowledge what they have. The present system creates only FEAR of going independently. They want to stay in a COMFORTABLE ZONE. It is the lack of confidence in them which is artificially creating unemployment. No Govt in any country can provide employment for every citizen. Our youngsters have to understand this naked truth. I am writing these words after having seen many youngsters in the past 40 years or so Life style also imparts its contribution. Attrition is another problem the society is facing. People should understand only in dictionary we get SUCCESS before WORK No Individual OR a Nation can come-up unless one understands & respect the value of TIME, INTELLIGENCE & HARDSHIP Presently our colleges are producing literates with laziness barring a few

Percentage of unemployment is more in un organised sector. Due to introduction of modern technologies, only technology people are required. Our education system is not cop up with new education technologies. Govt must ensure employment to the unorganised sector people particularly in agriculture, building construction and infrastructure sectors.Then only unemployment problem can be solved in the long run.

while mostly it may be true, automation is reducing the employment generation states should focus by bringing in quality afforadable education. skill updating in the form ITI,LME is missing. technological advancements which enhances quality of life, reducing corruption is a welcome feature, but stress levels are increasing. affordable healthcare, stringent adulteration of food articles is also hampering the productivity. many 2 tier,3tier districts are still deprived of minimum necesacities. skilled labour for plumbing, electricians, lathe-operaters, x-ray mri,cts technicians, servicing of electronic equipments , automobiles reparings requires huge skill upgradation, nursing , proper transportation, logistics, skilled masons, are some of the areas the governement can focus . states are mostly taking advantage of centrally sponsored programmes, rather than focussing on respective areas of local needs. the employment exchanges pan india are missing sadbhavana
