Dear Naren Ji, I am a regular viewer/listener of your monthly Webniars & I really appreciate your AMC efforts to update on montly basis without any fail. I have written you many times at this platform in the past. Once again I have been forced to write you in this platform. I also got an opportunity to meet Mr Vijay Venkatram of this platform in the present month at Chandigarh. I am a firm believer of ICICI Prud Balanced fund for Senior Citizens. But I am sorry to write you once again about very poor response of your Local & Chandigarh Back office Dept. Sometimes it seems to me that everybody in the area is concerned about only one thing i.e. SALES Direct or others. Sir, we are in Service Industry & your staff has forgotten this basic principle. There are a lot of problems in your Value STPs right from the beginning & I have been informing all your channels(Sales & Backoffice) but no body is interested at all.
