Dear Sir, Very well drafted. Thanks for the information. I have a question. How is REITS going to affect big mortgage companies like HDFC. Do you see a drop in their income as REIT starts competing with HDFC? Appreciate your views on this matter. Would REITS be open to NRI or OCI holders.
