Very Informative
i think the land should be acquired on telescopic view basis. I mean if a 100 meters on road is to be acquired then it should be propertionately acquired percentage of all the land that attached to the said land and not of the person who is attached to the rail or road. The 1st owner should be pushed back and new record of land to be given rest other compensation to follow
There is nothing bad in the proposed amendements. The land acqustion act of 2013 was passed in hurry and ill effect of it it is that it is almost impossible to acquire land. The opposotion is just trying to make an issue to harress the ruling alliance NDA.
Yes I accept that it has given me a better understanding of the Land Bill better, and it is really sad that for more than 60 years, farmers are still struggling to survive as most of them are still poor with so much land! than what use it is off. If we want that our Hindustan has to emerge a stronger Country than changes are required and basics need to be corrected . if not now than when?
My feeling on the above issue is that Feel Good and Good Wish to develop our country which mean if we love our country and if we keep our flag high in globe we have to stand over the politics and vested interest which our country is very much lacking. In this case my opinion is that Government should be the negotiator between Land Owner(who actually benefited from the land to be acquired) and the Business Community(PPP or anybody). Also from the Government side they should stand above politics and vested interest. Thanks, Avijit Ghosh
