The platform is good. But the sales team in delhi is bad . no support from Vikas. He is arrogant . When i esclated the issue to Chetan doshi he harshly replied " if you want to use the platform use it . No one is stopping you from leaving " . He was totally harsh. I stopped using it. The atitude of some one at senior managment towards distributors like us shows the true nature of senior managment especially chetan doshi.

NSE Platform is a blessing for me and came up at the right time when i started on my own last year around June yeah there are some challenges but the benefits are much much bigger it saves time which is a rare commodity keep updating your software to make our life more easier so that we can scale up the business many folds infact at times seniors like Venugopal and Chetan Doshi has intervened and has resloved urgent cases on the same day Thank you

My experience with NSE NMF is good, I think it is a need of hour and also a great enabler for the business growth. With the time many issue is getting resolved and also physical transaction at our end is getting less. Yes, The response time for trouble shooting is a bit more but I am sure they will ramp up their operations.

NSE NMF II is one of the worst softwares in the entire industry. Definately not recommended for anyone. There are 20+ softwares / platforms available in the market which do the job much better than NSE NMF II. Giving this comment after personal experience.

Pathetic after service. If your transaction stuck with any reason, you will not be able to solve the matter. You have to forget the effort and resubmit it again for execution.They never attend your telephonic calls. Normal transactions are smooth. No doubt.

My experience with NSE MFs is very good ( i agree their are some challenges , but they are really working Hard to solve it ) Transaction like Sips , STP Redemption , switching , Purchase became so smooth and fast , because of which lot of time is saved and clients are really happy after bringing them on board .

It takes more than two months to get UMRN which is greatly embarrassing. Our clients still not able to register SIP from the platform as Mandate is not available. You are requested to look into the matter and expedite the process.

The NSE NMF platform has been a great enabler for business growth for us also. With the time its proving to be an indispensable tool. After migrating all active clients to the platform our ratio of physical transactions have reduced to almost 1/4th of total transactions. The response time for trouble shooting is a bit more but I am sure they will ramp up their operations with the increase in volumes.

Yes its true. Call centre and customer service is worst with NSE NMF platform. They wont pick up your call, if picked they dont know anything, they wont check attachments, no problem resolution withing the time they give. Many problems are there. Interface & security is also pathetic. I dont know why they brag so much any their partially working platform.

Their response is pathetic. Five calls over two weeks and no response, despite promise and assurances. I would not risk my business with them. They are not interested in us small folks as they already have a large share of the stock market.
