"We trust that you will avoid using harsh language and will refrain from making unsubstantiated allegations against individuals and firms. Your constructive feedback and opinions are very valuable to all of us in the industry. "
Thanks For giving the idea of checklist, which will actually help everyone of us in delivering in a much better & efficient manner.
Congratulations Deepesh for great insights, you have simplified the complex sales process.
Good one Deepesh. Inspiring. Simply put "Process" always reduces the risk and increases the possibility of expected risk. Japanese 5S ia damn simple yet profoundly powerful technique. This was more applied to manufacturing industry but can be adapted to any industry. Only problem (call it excuse) is everything comes for a cost (or say time, which again implies money). In India, we and everyone else do not value the excellence, though it is only excellence that triumps in long run. Excellence can be achieved only through process. Though in short run it is resource (time and money) consuming and one focusing on excellence may be left behind by the peers in the short run, in long run only excellence wins.
Wow !!! Awesome idea, Very practical and effective meeting process.... Congrats Deepesh for wonderful insights
Excellent Article Deepesh. FIVE STAR RATING. Really a MUST READ by all the IFAs. Should say, if this approach is followed, no Direct or Robo can steal anything from us. Hats off. And, by the way, Congratulations on your new office mate
Deepest, Thanks for breaking the complex process of meetings and sales into simple steps that can create Happy Customers. Every IFA will benefit if he implements this process.Keep up the good work.
Deepeshs website name only reflects the Advisor mindset behind his organisation. Only if you create Happy investors can you generate brand ambassadors. Great, effective but simple to understand & practice thoughts.
