I have been OFA platform for the past one year. For a client to use our platform, as a pre-condition, his/her Advisor needs to be registered on the platform first. First of all, mismatch of transactions is an outcome of AUM recon of the data that flows in from RTAs and constant maintenance/curation of the same is a must. Data reconciliation is not a onetime process and there are certain steps that needs to be followed like uploading RTA files on regular basis, checking folio mismatch etc. Moreover, there is a lot of dependency on the RTA to ensure that the transaction files received are in a proper format. To ensure and reduce mismatch in portfolio reports, it is necessary to do AUM reconciliation on a regular basis. We have a dedicated support team (POT) who are equipped to help IFAs reduce the mismatch and generate the right portfolio reports for their clients. I will ensure that your mapped team member gets in touch with you and takes this up. Also, to keep you informed, we are putting together very high end algorithms, wherein the system will, in a dynamic manner, identify the possible mismatch and resolves them of its own.

Hi, I am also using OFA platform from few months, there are so much mismatch of transactions shown in platform in compare to original data. Moreover sometimes, i am very worried & in confusion regarding data privacy of our clients. As this platform is provided to us by & under supervision of Axis mutual fund. I have also heard that OFA is also an ARN holder. So these type of thoughts sometimes make me & some of my IFAs friends doubtfull regarding Axis shubhchintak alias OFA.

Have seen the transaction phase of of ofa. Subscribed to them almost a year back.
