But request Sandeep, Reliance MF and Wealth Forum to go further and give the deserving IFAs a platform to improve the skills, learn how to improve the process, how to build a team and finally execution. with the fire in belly they might have reached a level but thereafter fiiling limitations and need knowledge abt skill, process, team, execution etc. Different amcs do lots of traing sessions on products. need traing in this subjects. why not a tie up with reputed management schools for training specificly on this topics.
