As suggestef , the commission , i.e. 1,00,000x.3% = 300 yearly, which is Rs 25/ per month.
You are getting 0.3% commission. i.e. 1,00,000*0.3/100=300 Yearly. 300/12= Rs. 25 monthly.
I think it is .30% per annum.
