Service Tax still on Paper....No. of comments:1 Abbasali Mava, Himatnagar, RJ Advisory On 22-Aug-2015

As per the advertisement by CBSE in leading Financial Newspaper MF Distributors exempted from paying service tax with effect from 1st April, 2015. But still this news on still paper, no action taken by any AMC or AMFI. Please share your comments or request to all MF association to inform directly to Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBSE).

Dear Sir AMFI have taken steps for the service tax matter we can expect the service tax refund probably along with the August month payout.AMFI is likely to meet with CBEC authorities very soon for the official clarifications.As per AMFI they have not received any circular or any official information from CBEC regarding the matter.So lets wait for some more days & hope they will takeup the matter in favour of us.
