Bad Experience with Nse Mf Platform I had applied the same on 6th november 2015 with abhisekh hyderabad so many followups with him and chennai they did not responded. still i did not got the activation. when abhisekh says that the fund did not treased by the nse mumbai people. still they are in treasing mode . i had followup with chennai suganthi, chennai murugan lot of mails to kavita mumbai they given the land number of mumbai kavita but it is no answer lot of attempts done. the nse is like the goverment of india office. they are working even phone also not lifting. any body have idea to the concern person to deal this case let me know their phone number and name with email id.

NSEMF Platform is a big disappoint, I have a feeling NSE has no longer interested in pursuing with the platform. Firstly the platform is not at all user friendly, there is no dependable help line. Even after FATCA forms have been submitted with the registrars, the site asks for FATCA info once again. So no new purchases can be done. Request NSE to please revamp the software and get the data upto date from Registrars on daily basis.

MF Utility is doing good job to serve IFA''s. A complete service where simply one Common Account Number (CAN) has to be generated for Mutual Funds with NACH Mandate for online transactions. NACH process takes around 20 to 30 days. Once it is done then transactions can be generated from IFA''s end through MF Utility login. As soon as the transaction is generated auto SMS & auto Email is send to client from MF Utility for client confirmation. Only the client needs to accept or reject the transaction. MF Utility forms are user friendly & no separate form for different AMC''s, if AMC is registered with MF Utilities. There are separate forms for purchase, SIP, STP, Switch, SWP, etc. Even client can register, number of bank accounts. Transaction can be done for any AMC or multiple AMC''s at a time. At the time of redemption client can get the redemption amount in one bank or multiple banks (if registered with MFU). Client can divide the amount of redemption to multiple banks as required. MF Utility provides prompt service. Any information can be received as & when required. I appreciate the work done by MF Utility. Nil Cost for IFA’s. indeed Dsp black rock ifa express is a very convenient online way of doing transactions but two points of authenthication by client (i.e., by email and otp on mobile both) may sometimes become a hurdle as the mobile no might have been changed or email id/mobile no wrongly updated by the KRA people or network problem in mobile or internet problem for email at a particular point of time.. So I think it can become more convenient by authenthicating by any one of the two options available(i.e., mobile otp and email)

I am using MFU since its inception and now doing entire new transactions through MFU only. Their services are excellent, all the officials are very cooperative. Their respond time is very quick, in case of need they take your system on remote and resolve the issue online. Transact Eezz paperless feature of MFU is excellant. By using MF Utility apart from time saving ,cost saving , easy reach to investor following big issue has been resolved ( 1 ) Signature Mismatch issue ( 2 ) Change of Bank Mandated across the AMC with single transaction without submission of old bank account proof ( 3 ) Single window complaint There are lots of more features are going to add with MFU soon like all dates SIP, Portfolio Statement , Log in ID to Investor by Distributor with their ARN Code. All these facilities are provided by MFU without any fees to Distributors for transactions across the AMC. When investor can transact across the AMC by Registration of NACH through MFU only there is no need to registered NACH individually with each AMC this will creates confusion only. No doubt DSP BR IFA XPRSS is good but it can not be compare with with MFU in respect of its objective and area of operation etc.

I agree with Niyanta about NSE MF platform. The platform is atrocious. It takes huge time to open an investor''s account, huge time to create folios or credit payments, and on and on the list goes. It has non-existent support and sometimes you feel NSE is doing a favour to you for providing the platform. Even in a metro like Delhi, they have only ONE person to look after it who has his own priorities. If he ever replies to your queries or concerns, it is a miracle. Their centralised customer care couldn''t be worse. Individual platforms like IFA Express may be good but worthless for an IFA who deals with multiple AMCs. It is shocking that if DSP BR can create a beautiful platform on its own, why can''t a huge organisation like NSE get its act right.

DSPBR IFAX has indeed been a game changer in this industry. It provides ease of operations and immediate reporting reducing the IFA burden to a great extent. Congratulations to DSPBR for being proactive in this endeavour and being a leader amongst AMCs in this regard. The NSE MF platform does not give the telephonic or mail support that is crucial in the initial stages. CAMS is not handing over all documents to NSE in a timely manner leading to delays in transactions. NSE needs to put in a lot more effort to streamline its operations and make a success of this platform.

Since the time I started as an IFA more than 11 years back, I have always heard the cliché about AMC’s and IFA’s being “Partners” in the business. I find Transacteasy feature of the MFU platform for forwarding MF transactions extremely convenient, useful and timesaving. It saves lot of my time and energy. I need not go to investors to collect forms and cheques. If any investor is shy of netbanking facility provided by his bank he can even go to his bank and approve the transaction through NEFT/RTGS within 24 hours. Order book is also separately provided for lumpsum as well as systematic transactions. My investor can send their orders over phone or email. Transactions for multiple folios or MF schemes across the participating AMCs are possible. Executives of MFU are also vefy friendly and co-operative in nature. They attend any queries anytime and keep vigorous follow ups with AMCs for our queries until they are resolved .

I also agree with the comments mentioned above. Initially when we also joined NSE we were quite upbeat about the system but of late lot of issues have been coming up which is causing lot of inconvenience for our investors. The main issue is the existing investments not reflecting in the system. Because of this we cannot do transactions in the existing folio. Though their team is kind enough to help us but the system itself is not robust. I would strongly recommend to try out MF Utility. We have now been using for almost 2 months and it is a great platform. Their TransactEezz and PayEezz features are really wonderful. Their support system is also awesome. Also as mentioned above By Nitin, DSP IFA Xpress is the best platform we have ever seen from an AMC. Operating it is as smooth as silk...

Yes, when you compare IFAXpress of DSP Blackrock to NSENMF. The difference is clear. However, remember that one deals with only a single fund whereas NSENMF is trying to tie up with all funds. NSENMF staff quality and DSP BR staff quality is different, hence solution levels are also different. THE NSENMF platform is in the trial phase whereas DSPBR is a tested platform and used thoroughly by me. Now, NSENMF is trying their best to catch up but it is still better than the other platforms available in the market for all funds. Will have to show restraint and accept that their will be issues. DSP BR is really great and one could only wish that other fund houses implement this sort of a platform. Would work wonders if we could get the DSP BR platform working in collaboration for other fund houses rather than everyone trying to develop their own and wasting money and time.

They have launched beta version of software & even after 9 months they are still struggling to get their act together. The Customer care executives don''t understand the problems. Local CAMS doesn''t cooperate. A service request submitted to CAMS office 5 weeks back hasn''t been processed. Another major issue is that for non-HDFC bank accounts the transaction happens on T+1 day.

Hi friends, I have both MFU and NSENMF platform membership. My experience with the two platforms have been two extremes. While with NSENMF my experience has not been different from you people, MFU has been an unexpected sweet surprise. I am sharing herewith what I faced with NSENMF and what made me so happy about MFU NSENMF: 1) Toll free no is not picked sometimes!!! 2) Emails are not replied 3) Platform is pathetic 4) I was able to make a test purchase transaction in liquid fund. Purchase transaction appeared under transaction report but I could not redeem it because no scheme appeared when I clicked redeem!!! I had to visit AMC office to redeem the purchase made through NSENMF 5) About one and half month before I wrote an email to the product head of NSENMF- Mr. Chetan Doshi with all problems I had been facing. He replied that either Mr. Rohit or Mr. Priyad will contact me soon. Still I have not been contected by NSENMF Team and my later emails also are still unreplied. MFU: 1) What I like most about MFU is the fact that it has got a very dedicated team. I get instant reply to the queries I raise. One day I informed MFU about a problem I was facing with Kotak Bank while depositing purchase instruments. The Manager at MFU- Mr. Ralph promised me that he will speak with head office team of Kotak and he called me same day around 9:45PM that he had spoken with Kotak and that I would not face any problem at Kotak bank!!! I never expected call at 9:45pm!!! Such has been dedication of MFU team towards there work. Mr. Jagdish, Ms. Monali Chitnis, Mr. Ralph Gonsalves and even the cutomer care executives at MFU has always been very prompt and cooperating in their response. 2)The facilities that MFU is offering- the Payeezz and transacteezz facilities are the future of MF Industry. I believe that is how MF transactions will take place in future and I am glad that I am using these facilities right from the day these facilities were launched 3)The level of automation-It is really amazing how much efforts these people have taken, how small details they have taken in to account and how much easy they have made the platform before launching- things like folio based transactions, automatic cropping and uploading of investor signature are examples of how much care MFU has taken to make it simple for distributors. 4)Query, Complaint and feedback module- no matter what problem I am facing, if I post my query, feedback suggestion or complaint I always get reply of Ms. Monali Chitnis withing 24 hours!! Few improvements that I expect from MFU are - consolidated statements fot MFU and activities reports for distributors. I know that they are already working on it and they are soon going to launch these facilities. There is so much that I can write about both platforms. I recommend you start using MFU instead of NSENMF.

Guys please take a re-look at MF Utility (MFU)... I have been using both the systems NSE & MFU.... MFU though a slow starter but is making steady progress... Their staff and support system is very good and responsive... I am now totally concentrating on MFU and getting all my clients on board MFU... Especially after the latest feature of 100% paperless transactions the system is very robust... Yes there are teething troubles with MFU also... BUT the entire team understands the business very well and any errors are reversed / rectified by them "WITHOUT ANY LOSS TO THE CLIENT" which is a BIG difference. My suggestion is to seriously take a look at the MFU System it is transforming and evolving fast.

Post Investment Service Also Terrible ... * Valuation Report is terrific. Even 1980 NSC certificates give three things investor wants :- Investment Amount & Date, Current valuation. These things are not available in single report. * No training / Insufficient staff. * CAMS totally clueless * Some times data of NFO gets updated sometimes not. It gets updated if you are lucky. * I''m following up from 2 months for NFO Data of Axis. * No complaint provision in software. * If you want to run in parallel to software''s of 2-3 yrs till the system improve to at least slightly below normal, then OK....Else avoid. And yes the most important thing...."There is no Mai Baap - Just like Sakari people (No Person who hears)".. ...........

I have been using the NSE platform since March 15, I agree with you that the service standards of nse is pathetic... Simultaneously I have been using the MFU system too... I am pretty happy with their response mechanisms... The staff at NSE is only interested in collecting the deposit amount... After which their attitude changes., the call center staff only parrot a few lines that have been standardised by the system without understanding the actual problem.... Problem solving abilities of NSE is very SAD. i am now completely moving to MFU now

Yes.... NSE MF is extremely pathetic system when it comes to responding to queries, resolving issues etc.... We are using it since Oct 2015, still facing lot of issues. Worst thing is, when we created a folio of 1st investment by using NSE MF platform, the same was not visible for further transactions for next 2/3 weeks on the platform. Call center/ Email query response was "data not available with RTA" while I could able to generate A/c statement by login to CAMS website. Call center people are not adequately trained to provide any useful response. The sales/ training people are not responding to the queries. I am in Mumbai, still don''t know whom to talk for resolving my queries. It was waste of money and time that we have invested in getting access of this system.

One Investor IIN uploaded after the necessary mismatch on KYC records was rectified and submitted to their Chennai back office (CAMS) for IIN Activation on 24th Nov 2015 and its a month still in pending stage Its like you have a call center where no one picks up the call, no one is aware of the process flow or procedure, there is no online manual available to understand the procedure, etc etc etc.

Dear All, I too share that the service offered by NSE is pathetic. Old folios are not captured. Even transaction done through NSE platform are not captured properly. Please think twice before recommending. Distributor whom I know is thinking of surrendering the platform.

I agree with you. I took 2 memberships - one for me and one form my wife. Services are horrible. They work like government clerks, instead of helping us they are making our life hell. Won''t recommend it to any one.
