I have previously submitted MF UTILITY feedback on 01-01-2016 regarding not responding of mail by mfu and difficulties with mfu system, After my last post mfu operation person called personally and shared his mobile number and told to call directly for problems, Few times he responded but overall i thik mfu doesn't have sufficient back end employee for servicing, If you have your old invester and you make transaction with mf utility you may lose your reputation, if you have new invester you may loose them, When you send email to mfu then you got reply of we following up, and after that no reply, when you remind many times you may got again following up mail. if you not remind they never reply, its my experience of last 6 months, So any one thinking to start transaction through mfu system then he must think many time again because on mfu transaction amc also say you to contact mfu and mfu will not respond.

mfutility has inherent danger for Direct plans ....client can switch whole portfolio to direct anytime .....but technologically and other parameters MFU is improved lot ,,,,,in fact it is best in available resources ,, few things still need attention like.....at many places there is duplication of work e.g while registration of CAN u can fill whole form online but there is no print option available ,,,u have to do work again for physical submission . nse nmf is pathetic it bay be shut down at any moment bse is dealing brokers mf utility is better but there is threat for direct plans ....distributors will bring customers inside and later there are number of tricks to convert to direct plans....e.g. disclosure of commission , comparing TER/performance in CAS ..but .no. of users for mfutility is not going up or the usage .......so future is not great ...mfutility may be burden for AMCS ....mfutility will no longer operational after some time ...... formation of company from IFA contribution is good idea ....it can bid for MFU .and buy at very cheap price .....as users will decide ....and stop direct option , can add own demat option through IFA company

My experience with MF utility isnot bad. I have been using this platform since launch. My query has been solved timely. I am doing 90% of my transaction through this platform conveniently. Specially transactezz facility is superb.

my experience to mfu platform is good. it is very good. seamless. very quick. moreover, communication with staff also good. they respond quickly on e mail or even thru phone. over all nice.

Good reporting on forum. I had visited MFU office. People are always good as they want to take advantage. I am a computer savvy. I did the test on myself. IFA''s I request to tried out first on own, get satisfied then proceed. Our clients give us bread and butter so, service to client through us must be outstanding. Remember a doctor needs a doctor to get well, so a investor needs a investor expert, an IFA who is not biased towards recommendation of MF schemes, will always choice the best schemes as per target value suitable to clients reviews. Please together we can start IFAU, i.e. Independent Financial Advisor Utility Private Limited. All required permission can be obtained and do needful as per law on our land. We are many in numbers. So, if for example one lac IFA together if can give equal contribution say Rs.10000/- so we raise Rs.10 crore capital. All get equal share holding and choose the honorable working committee and all do needful required as per law guidelines. We tried it for about 10 months and found it a nightmare. Finally junked it as a bad dream. They keep introducing new technology features but the simple, old ones do not work which matter the most to IFAs. I had a long chat with their CEO once on the issue of their poor infrastructure to support IFAs. During the course of conversation, he mentioned that the platform is an industry platform to promote industry players and hence, it will never support direct mode. Within a few days (not even weeks!), I found direct mode introduced on it. Not that I have an issue with direct mode, but the fact that the top man in the organisation didn''t know what was coming in his company!

I have felt that most of the initiatives happened in online world has brought investors near to amc at the cost of distributors. Sooner or later, Amc and media and online platforms attract investors and distributors loose them. Every one is forgetting that distributors have taken huge effort to bring investors to amc.
