When I attend refresher course I find many senior citizens who require assistance to walk, attend the refresher course. In all professions there is a retirement age. In the case of FAs may I request AMFI to consider a retirement age of say 75 Yrs, with the proviso that they continue to get the trail commission till their expiry. After retirement although the FAs get trail commission they be excused from attending the refresher course and renewing ARN. This will greatly help FAs who are senior citizens and have attained the age of 75 Yrs.
