Franklin Templeton registrar seems to be working like headless chickens with the operation head now moving to head AMC ,head of operations looking at ever other country other than India and head of india operations was made like a pilot in a captains cap ( customer service head was made operation head who had no clue of whats happening in operations ) and now a new soul from a different industry just learning to crawl . every second day there is an issue with every second investor account. the website has design defects . offline facilities like registration of daily STP facility ,cancellation of daily STP facility etc are not available in online portal. even if investor bank accounts are debited and credited to Franklin agents account ,Franklin does not alloted units to investors for above 2 lac as their agent has not given them the money to utilize . Is the investor at fault for the act of their agents . god save and wish me luck for my civil suit which i wish to file soon... its also amazing to see the sebi dashboard which says the complaint numbers have dropped ! have they really dropped or are AMC''s putting those voices under the carpet by beautifully painting it under the fancy name called queries and request commission structures ,payments ,worksheets requires a PHD staff to do reconciliation. given all these error should an AMC be allowed to charge administrative charges from investors when the administration itself is not in order and up to expectation of investors and advisors ,

This is not O.K. I have queries with AMC that I) Why this happened and who is responsible for this act ? II) Is there any notice of recovery given to the distributors ? III) Why full trail recovered at once, why not in installments ? IV) Is AMFI & SEBI aware ?

What is FS SIP installment ??? Does this mean their is no such additional trail of 0.25% which was to be paid ??
