AMCs should compulsory provide the Annual Report of AMCs. IFA, who's earnings based on TER, should have right to ask demand the Balance sheet & P & L accounts of AMCs to know the expenses incurred in. Now only a share holder gets a Annual Report, which is the clubbed of all company's report. AMCs, annual report should be provided to IFAs. Do you agree ?

Annual reports are available of all AMCs in their website. Please visit. Why unnecessarily discuss things without proper research?

Who is IFA?..... This is your,our status. They pay for which you can not buy peanuts as against fund manager, ceo,cio,cmo,M.D. salaries. They call you when they get bored to preach and give you dinner, their one employee''s salary for AMC. And now you are audacious to demand balance sheet and what not.... That''s what ALL AMCs think about IFAs. They are SEBI''s blue eyed boys. All sins excused.

All the facts & informations affecting TER must be available to Distributors. Distributor''s revenue, NAV of funds, Expenses made by AMCs etc. are affecting TER. Therefore Publishing/ making available of Annual reports of AMC is necessary.

AMCs provide the balance sheet and profit and loss account to all shareholders. Every IFA should and must invest in MF schemes which he /she is marketing to the clients. That way you will surely get the required info about AMCs and also earn the trust of the clients.
