We small MFD's are being forced to take GST Registration. I applied for registration on 4th July and there was a clarification raised which I responded on 8th July. Since 8th July my application status on GST portal is showing as "Pending For Order". Today it is 25th July, 17 days gone. AMC's, AMFI and CAMS are sending mails daily to update GST Registration number. This is a problem which is being faced by 50% of the new GST applicants. Better we should be put under reverse charge mechanism. Rather than doing our business I have been stressed about GST registration for the last one month. Pathetic situation for small distributors like us.

I am j.jaikumar. My pan card is in the name of jayaraman jaikumar(pan dept. has an habit of adding fathers name). When i applied for gst i am told that the data base of cbdt and my name does not tally. I am told to change my pan card to j.jaikumar and when i went to change it they say adhar proof with initial is not accepted. My adhar card is in j.jaikumar. adhar and pan link done sucessfully. Really surprised that cbdt is raising objection now and not while linking adhar

Please, Vijay Sir.... do something for the sake of small IFAs by raising this issue ..

It''s my request to Vijay Venkatram Sir to raise this issue with AMC''s. AMC''s can check on the twitter handle @askGstech how much problems people and entities are facing for new GST registrations and migration. It''s a very serious issue. AMC''s will not listen to small MFD''s like us hence respected people like Vijay Sir are needed.
