I would like to share my experience through my new article "TERM SIP ". Why i choose the tiltle , because term for TERM PLAN & sip for M.F. EQUITY SIP.
After my 5 yr exp. as a IFA I can share my conclusion that take a GOOD TERM PLAN FOR FULL TERM FROM ANY Branded , trusted co. without hiding anything for as low as 25 lac to some crore depends upon of your life style, liabilities, future goals. So as per capital need analysis & HUMAN LIFE VALUE , individual person has to decide how much TERM PLAN , HE/SHE has to buy. I give you one example if your monthly exp. is 20000, then you need atlest 25 lac , TERM PLAN for your family to be financially secure.
Start SIP FOR LONG TERM AS GOOD AS FOR 15 TO 25 YR. I suggest Equity diversified fund from any reputed fund house, not more then 5 or 7 funds. If you are conservative investor go for balance fund. That"s why I give my title as TERM SIP, means For long term SIP. If you need money in short term then only go for debt funds or MIP FUNDS or go for GOOD CO. F.D. "S, GOLD FUNDS, ETF,OR FMP IN M.F.
Long term SIP IN GOOD EQUITY FUNDS WILL satisfy all your future needs, & Can fulfill all future goals.
